Arizona Department of Health Services Implements Online Ordering

The Arizona Department of Health Services, Bureau of Vital Records (Department) has implemented a new online ordering service for Vital Records. Parents and guardians who enroll their children in school can now order the birth certificate online. Processing and mailing of the certificate is quick and efficient with this new service.
